For more than two decades, I have worked with people navigating change in organisations, in careers, and in the parts of life that don’t always make it onto the agenda.


Much of this has involved working with individuals in demanding roles, operating under sustained pressure and complexity, where clarity, energy, and decision-making can become harder to maintain over time.


Out of that experience, lived as well as professional, I developed COMPASS: a framework that can help bring shape and direction to our work together. Not a formula, but a way of orienting, so that whatever you are carrying, there is somewhere to start.
