Free 30-minute conversation

Coaching is a structured, forward-focused conversation. It isn't therapy, mentoring, or consulting — I won't tell you what to do or analyse your past. Instead, I work alongside you to help you think more clearly, reconnect with what matters, and find your own way forward. The answers you're looking for are often already within you — or within reach. My role is to help you access them.

Coaching is for anyone navigating terrain their current map wasn’t drawn for. That might be a professional transition, a cross-cultural move, the pressure of a demanding career, the pull between caring for others and finding space for yourself, or simply a sense that something needs to shift but you’re not quite sure what.

You don’t need to have a clear problem or a defined goal to begin. Sometimes, you’re managing well enough, but you’re ready to pause, explore what’s important to you, and consider what you want to be different.

My clients come from different walks of life, but many find themselves navigating pressure, change or uncertainty. They may be managing demanding careers, adjusting to life in a new country, balancing competing responsibilities or facing a crossroads in their lives.

What connects them is a desire to understand where they are, reconnect with what matters and find a way forward that works for them.

My approach is warm, structured and evidence-informed. I bring deep listening and genuine curiosity, alongside over 20 years of experience in HR and organisational change and a lived understanding of navigating different cultures and complex situations.

I won’t judge you, prescribe a solution or push you towards a particular outcome. Instead, I’ll help you pause, explore what’s happening, recognise what matters and consider your options. The aim is to help you find a way forward that feels right for you and works in the reality of your life.

The COMPASS™ framework sits at the heart of my coaching practice. It offers a way to navigate pressure, change and uncertainty, helping you reconnect with what matters, find your bearings and move forward with greater intention.

COMPASS™ is designed to work against the inner critic, the pressure to have everything figured out and the relentless self-scrutiny that can make moving forward harder. It creates room for honest reflection and meaningful change, without turning personal growth into another demand to meet.

Sustainability is central to the approach. We pay attention to pace, work with the realities of your life and focus on changes you can carry forward beyond coaching.

Structure without rigidity. Progress without self-punishment. A framework to help you navigate, with room for what matters most to you.

Coaching is a personal investment, and the right option depends on what you want to explore and the support you’re looking for. I offer three structured programmes of three, six or nine sessions, providing space to work through a specific challenge, explore a recurring pattern or navigate a more significant period of change.

For those who would like continued support beyond a programme, ongoing coaching is also available. We’ll discuss what you’re looking for and agree an approach that fits your needs before we begin.

Coaching is available online via video call, allowing me to work with clients across the UK and internationally. In-person sessions may also be possible by arrangement. We can discuss which format works best for you when we connect.

Fees for individual coaching programmes are listed on my Coaching page, so you can explore the options before getting in touch. Organisational work is tailored to the situation and scope of support required, so fees are discussed individually. If you’re unsure what would suit your needs, we can explore this in an initial conversation.

Therapy and coaching have different purposes, although there can be some overlap. Coaching offers space to explore what’s happening in your life, what matters to you and what you might want to change. This can include the thoughts, feelings and experiences shaping how you see your situation.

Coaching isn’t a substitute for therapy or other specialist support. If it seems that another form of support might be helpful, we can explore that together so you can decide what feels right for you.

Mentoring and coaching offer different kinds of support. A mentor may draw on their own experience to share insights and guidance. Coaching focuses on your experience, perspective and priorities, helping you explore possibilities and find your own way forward.

My role isn’t to provide the answers, but to create the space for you to explore what matters, question assumptions and decide what feels right for you. Your path doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

I also value mentoring and continue to mentor people privately. If you’re interested in mentoring rather than coaching, we can discuss that separately.

You don’t need to know that before getting in touch. We can start with the situation you’re facing and explore the different factors that may be contributing, including expectations, communication, relationships and working practices.
