I help you identify where your yes and no need to change, how to communicate that with family and professionals, and how to hold those lines with compassion for yourself and others.
I also offer emotional resilience coaching, so you can navigate the long haul of appointments, crises, and uncertainty without losing yourself. When caregiving roles shift - for example, after a diagnosis, a move, or a bereavement - caregiving role transition support provides space to process what is changing and to re‑anchor your identity beyond the caring role.
